Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own delivery policy. Payment is taken on this site using Infusionsoft and an Australian based secure merchant account facility or PayPal. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY or PayPal containing your order details. We normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. REFUND POLICY

Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.

Refund conditions for Woman on Purpose Career Alignment Program are as per the sales page at www.womanonpurpose.com/woman-on-purpose-program and constitute a refund period of 21 days from the course starting minus a 10% admin fee. Refunds may not be requested until after the program starts and participation for two weeks of course content must be demonstrated.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Company and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by Company to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Victoria. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
